Turn an LED matrix into a year-round holiday display. Twelve original animated pixel-art scenes (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, the Fourth of July, Spring, Summer, Winter and Birthday) are each laid out by hand for 64x32, 64x64, 128x32, 128x64 and 256x64 panels, so nothing is cropped or blurry.
Every holiday includes a seamless ambient loop, a day-of greeting and a countdown: a ready-made image for every day from 30 DAYS to TOMORROW and TODAY, with the final week fully animated. They're standard looping GIFs and PNGs with crisp pixel text, so they work with any panel or player that shows a GIF.
An optional offline Python player picks the right file by date (Easter and Thanksgiving are calculated for any year) and can show it on a Raspberry Pi HUB75 matrix.
Already running on our own setup. Proven doesn't automatically mean ready for yours: the status above says what's left.
No characters or brands; generic pumpkins, trees, hearts, fireworks, flags and more.
