Refund Policy

If a product doesn't work as its page describes, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your receipt and what went wrong. We'll help fix it or refund you.

Downloads and 3D print files

Because downloads can't be returned, we don't refund simple change-of-mind purchases. If something on a product page misled you, that counts as "doesn't work as described".

Software

If the software won't run on a configuration listed as tested on its product page, and we can't fix it, you get a full refund within 30 days.

Subscriptions (if offered later)

Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires them.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first; refunds are faster than disputes. A refunded or charged-back purchase ends its licence.
