Downloads and purchases

Purchases are delivered by the checkout provider shown on the product page. Your receipt email contains the download link. If it's missing, check spam, then contact us with your receipt.

Spreadsheets

Each spreadsheet includes a Quick Start PDF and a "Start Here" tab. Light columns marked fx calculate themselves; if you type over one, copy a cell from the row above back into it.

Contact

Support email opens with the first product launch. Until then nothing is sold, so there's nothing to support yet.
