You type the facts of each accomplishment: what you did, the tools, the outcome, an optional metric and scope, and whether the number is verified. The workbook assembles draft bullets in three proven patterns using only your words.
It flags weak openers, missing results, over-long bullets and estimated numbers, scores every bullet 0–100 with a documented formula, and lists your finished bullets ready to copy.

Questions
Does it work in Google Sheets?
It's built to: it only uses functions Excel 2019+ and Google Sheets both support. Upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and choose File → Save as Google Sheets.
Will it make up numbers?
Never. A blank metric means the bullet has no number.
Is my data private?
Yes. It's a file you keep. Nothing is sent anywhere.
