Pi Display OS
A modular information display for Raspberry Pi and HUB75 LED panels: clock, countdowns, holidays, custom messages and weather, configured from a web page.

Current conditions and today's high and low on your LED panels, from free National Weather Service data or your own OpenWeatherMap key. Included in Pi Display OS.
Secure checkout. You get the download right after purchase.
Recorded from the shipped software in demo mode on a simulated LED panel, with demo data. Not camera footage of physical panels.
A weather module for Pi Display OS: current temperature and conditions plus today's high and low, with original animated weather icons sized for LED panels.
In the US it uses the National Weather Service's free public data, with no account. Outside the US, or if you prefer another provider, enter your own API key. A stale-data indicator shows when the reading couldn't be refreshed, so the display never pretends.
Already running on our own setup. Proven doesn't automatically mean ready for yours: the status above says what's left.
National Weather Service data, free and public.
Optional provider adapter that uses your own key.
Stale and unavailable states are shown, never old data dressed as new.
Sunny, rain, snow, storm and night, for testing and screenshots.
Software ready. Tested in software and simulation: installer, settings, every module, the web page and the MatrixPortal protocol against a simulated device. Not yet tested on physical LED panels by us; hardware results will be listed here once that test has been done.
Per-installation licence for personal use. Commercial venues (bars, offices, client installs) need a commercial licence. Commercial and installer licences are available on request. Full terms.
All updates within the purchased major version (for example 1.x). Major new versions may be a discounted paid upgrade. Current version: 1.0.0. Changelog.
Documentation, a diagnostics report and email support for the tested configurations listed on the page. Report a problem.
No. Weather is a module of Pi Display OS: buying here gets you the whole platform. If you already own Pi Display OS or the Full Bundle, you already have it.
