Job Fit Scorecard
Score a job against your experience before you spend an evening applying: a capability score, a realistic hiring probability and a clear Apply / Stretch / Skip call.
Track every application, interview, recruiter and follow-up in one Excel or Google Sheets workbook, with a dashboard that updates itself.
Secure checkout. You get the download right after purchase.
Most job trackers are a list with a status column. This one answers the questions you actually have halfway through a search: what needs a follow-up today, which applications have gone quiet, how many reached an interview, and which job boards are worth your time.
It counts stages the honest way. A job that was rejected after an interview still counts as an interview, because the tracker records the furthest stage each application reached, not just its current status. Reply rate, interview rate and offer rate are worked out from that.
Type in the dark columns, leave the light ones alone, and the Dashboard tab does the rest.
Sixteen live numbers (sent, active, reached interview, offers, reply rate, interview rate, average days to first reply, rejection rate) plus weekly, status and funnel charts.
Uses your Next Action Date, or Date Applied plus a follow-up window you set. Overdue, due today and next 7 days are flagged and listed on the dashboard, earliest first.
Open applications with no reply after your threshold (21 days by default) are counted and highlighted.
Separate tabs linked by job ID. Company and role fill in automatically, and interview rounds feed the furthest-stage calculation.
Fit, interest, pay against your target and freshness, weighted the way you choose. Blank inputs are skipped rather than counted as zero.
Applications, interviews and offers by source, so you can see where your interviews actually come from.
